You’re about to start on your own personal journey to Europe. Please complete this application for your group AND an Individual Q&A form for each member of your group. If you wish, I will also mail you a copy of these applications. Before you return your application, please review the Tour Regulations.

Please choose a length of tour as this will have a bearing on your final tour cost estimate, provided to you after you return this form. After I review your application, I may suggest lengthening or shortening your tour depending on your needs. Check Available periods here. (I've done everything from 1 day tours for busy executives who wish to extend a business trip, all the way up to three week research and enjoyment tours, and every manner of tour in between)

Please elect a "Group Leader" that will serve as my primary contact for last-minute information about your tour. Limit for private tours is six people. There is no minimum number of people. I have done tours for solo travelers several times. You don’t need to “fill up” your tour. If it’s just you, then it’s just you. If just you and your spouse or partner, then that’s what we have.

I recommend that travelers be at least 16 years of age and I will need complete information about each traveler. Leave blank all information that does not apply to your group.

It’s important that you tell me what your wishes and desires are for your tour. I’ll accommodate all of your wishes, but I have to know about them first. Upgrades available

	Travel by Mercedes, BMW or other European luxury vehicle (not available for groups of 4 or more)
	One night spent in a castle hotel. (may not be available everywhere)
	Deluxe accommodations for your trip, equivalent of four star hotels in the U.S. (This upgrades you to the “Platinum Medallion” level)
	100% coverage in your tour price for all your meals, drinks and snacks.
	Photographic documentation of all that we see, do and experience. (Only available on “Platinum Medallion” level tours)
