You’re about to start on your own personal journey to Europe. Please complete this application for your group AND an Individual Q&A form for each member of your group. If you wish, I will also mail you a copy of these applications. Before you return your application, please review the Tour Regulations.

(I've done everything from 1 day tours for busy executives who wish to extend a business trip, to three week research and enjoyment tours, and every manner of tour in between.)

Preferred months and year to travel are important for pricing. Make sure you check my calendar page to see what slots are available.

May and September are my “High Seasons” and prices reflect the fact that most people want to travel at this time.

Part 1: Your group

Please elect a "Group Leader" that will serve as my primary contact for last-minute information about your tour.

Limit for private tours is 10 people. If there are between 6-10, then we would use two vehicles so that everyone has plenty of elbow room and places for bags. We would also use two drivers, myself and my wife, Jenean. There is no minimum number of people. I have done tours for solo travelers several times. You don’t need to fill up your tour. If it’s just you, then it’s just you. If just you and your spouse or partner, then that’s what we have.

I recommend that travelers be at least 25 years of age. In my experience, young people under the age of 25 do not enjoy genealogy tours. I will need complete information about each traveler. Leave blank all information that does not apply to your group.

Part 2: Your Research Objectives.

If you are interested in countries outside of those listed I can still assist you but please specify the country in the box provided.

This will be referred to as your “Primary Country” for the rest of the application.

I recommend a minimum of 48 hours spent in each town that you want to do research in keep this in mind when you are coming up with your list.

Arrangements will be made with local officials to make sure that we have access to those areas that are important to your successful research there. These arrangements will be made well in advance of your tour.

This special service only applies to tours that are booked at least 9 months in advance.

What are the names of the places you are interested in seeing but no doing research. For example, perhaps one of your great-grandfathers lived a short time in another village and you would like to see it, but do not actually do research there.

Part 4: Your comments, suggestions and ideas for your tour.

It’s important that you tell me what your wishes and desires are for your tour. I’ll accommodate all of your wishes, but I have to know about them first. In your own words, describe your perfect tour. Then, it’s up to me to make those dreams come true.
